Service overview

Thanks to the coupled use of AB3730 sequencer and Tecan liquid handlers PGP can offer an high throughput library sequencing service. Both plasmid and cosmid-bac libraries can be sequenced. First clones are growth in LB medium and DNA is extracted with automated protocols. Later the DNA is used to setup sequences.

What we need

To perform library sequencing we just need 96 well plates containing glycerol stocks of the clones of interest.
