The agreement between tenants and Parco Tecnologico Padano includes a wide range of services in the annual fee per square meter.


These services are:

• lab unit (it is possible tohave a equipped laboratory for an extra charge;
• central reception (H24);
• maintenance of internal and external spaces;
• cleaning services;
• use of incubator meeting rooms;
• use of common scientific equipment;
• assistance in finding funds for R&D, for example access to public financing;
• mediation in cooperative research, and assistance in setting up collaborations;
• advice on project management;
• support on patent issues;
• access to national and international consultants and technical experts as well as to scientific and entrepreneurial know-how;
• technical and managerial training;
• contacts with media and institutions and promotional and marketing activities;
• support in the planning and management of national and international research programmes and in the search for technical and economical cooperation;
• research for and selection of international partners and qualified staff.
